You can order by giving me your name and e-mail address. delivery name and address, what volumes you want, and whether by download or on CD-ROM, I will e-mail you if I have any questions. There is no sales tax or shipping and handling costs if you order delivery by download.

You can also reach me by (virtual) fax at 415-802-1375. For some reason in recent years, my phone carrier thinks that nearly all of my calls or telemarketing or a scam. So you really would be better off sending me e-mail.
I can and am accepting orders through Pay Pal. The routine is that you contact me as indicated above, and once I understand what you want, I prepare an invoice through Pay Pal and I send that to you by e-mail. According to Pay Pal, you do not need to have a Pay Pal account to pay through this system and so you can just use your usual charge card. I have been using Pay Pal now for over 5 years and this procedure seems to work fine.
